There are now TWO two bedroom suites available for rent, upstairs and downstairs!
Located
just east of the ferry dock and marina at 519 East Lakeshore Dr.,
Weekend at Bernie's is a lake front property within walking distance of
our boat dock at the Seaway Marina.
Bernie's is
a two bedroom, upstairs suite that sleeps 6 with an eat-in kitchen
(utensils supplied), living room and a large yard with picnic table,
gas grill, fire ring, horseshoe pit, volleyball court and a jungle gym
for the kids.
After a day on the
water or just touring the island, you can spend your evenings around a
camp fire on our private beach or relax in our cozy living room with a
good movie (satellite TV and DVD/VCR provided).

Rates
$250
Security Deposit
Reserves your specific dates and will ensure that our
guests leave the suite in the same clean condition that greets them
upon arrival. The deposit is refundable with a 30 day notice or if a vacancy can be
filled. $50 cancellation fee.
In Season (May 1 - October 30)
Weekly: $995 / 7 days
Sun. 4pm thru Sun. 11am checkout.
Weekend: $500 Fri. 4pm thru Sun. 11am checkout. (5 day advance booking only)

Off-Season rates are available
Half of the rent is due 30 days prior to arrival. Balance due on arrival.
